Tapping Into The Craft Beer Movement

The crafting beer business is a budding industry, catering to those who are curiously looking for different as well as those who have the space on their palate for expansion. Bringing in the innovative and novel is not new, and the brewing industry in no exception. Today, 13 colleges in US alone are offering brewing as a part of their curriculum.  Now this is encouraging, as more and more people are seeking out creative options to make a living. This transition of a brewing as a hobby to a course in the academic circle is proof enough that the market is ripe for well-crafted beers. And to back this there is data that shows 55% of people in America consume and opt for crafted beers.
