Travelling to a new place, meeting new people earning about new cultures and cuisines has to be exciting, whether or not it is for pleasure of business. What is not exciting is the long flight travel that is a pre requisite for any journey. When it comes to traveling I wish we had some of the Floor powder from Harry Porter or one of those Portals in Star Trek that could zap us to our location in seconds without having to travel in the flight. But alas! We have to make do with whatever we have and if you are going to be on a plane on a regular basis you might want to try these exercises to help ease your travel and sore muscles on the way.
