Seafood Is Lifesaving
Everybody knows it but how many of us practice it? It is almost common knowledge by now, seafood is good for health. If you cook meat, you already know, fish is easiest to cook and its awesome, stewed, canned or fried. It is said that having seafood at least twice a week, is a healthy choice for you and your family. It helps reduce heart diseases; helps increase cognitive development in babies and improve eye health. Eating sea food on a regular basis, can prolong your life for an average of 2.2 years. Now all these benefits and we still shy away from eating sea food.
