We all have gone to a zoo, and know exactly what to expect there. If you are visiting a well-funded zoo, then you have the privilege of visiting animals who are kept in well guarded homes that are airy, have enough room and are being taken care of well, if you however visit a zoo that is under kept, short staffed and underfunded, you will see that these magnificent creatures being kept in appalling conditions, caged and abused. Not that I have anything against zoos, but if you do want to witness these glorious creatures in all their splendour, might I suggest booking tickets to a National park.
