French, The 5th World Language
If you have roamed the world, you are well aware that sometimes, speaking merely English may not be enough. There are parts of the world, granted that these may be select pockets that are divided my myriads of English speaking places, where knowing to communicate only in English can be a huge shortcoming. Now for some trivia, did you know that English is just the second most spoken language in the world? Yup, for those of you wondering which language takes the sweet first spot, its Mandarin – Chinese. French as it turns out is counted amongst the top five languages in the world in terms of popularity. Now all those classes in French do not seem that wasted, does it?
