Food & Wine – The Combination

I don’t know about you guys, but when I am in a fancy restaurant, I always feel like I need to know what the Sommelier is talking about, or better still, one up my uptight waiter when he suggests a fancy wine. I cannot tell you the number of times my friends and I have, just out of pure ignorance, agreed to whatever is given to us, without even voicing ourselves to the waiter. When you do think of it, its your money and you can do what you please with it, but more often than not, we are just bedazzled by the opulence of these fancy restaurants, and before you know it, we are sipping on something we don’t even know to appreciate.
