The question is- does gender matter in a workplace, the answer, according to the poles, yes it does. This latest infographic gives a great insight on how men and women do in a work culture. For example – the number of women who work nine to eleven hours a day is greater than men, while women are also more likely to carry work on vacation than men. More women are also less likely to take sick days for some me time or to get a feel of the job market, than men who rather cash in their sick days for a mental health day or a job interview. Another way to look at this data is that women are work-o-holics who don’t know how to loosen up.
