Why Bad Habits Are Easy To Make And So Hard To Break

Too much of a good thing can be bad, and it takes very little for that to happen. Bad habits, be it compulsively washing your hands, constantly needing to smoke or even abuse a drug, it starts off as a onetime thing only, but takes very little time to turn into an obsessive cycle, which does not go away easily.  Breaking off of that cycle, needs commitment, dedication and a conscious effort from your side, which I a little over whelming at first, but once you make a commitment you will see yourself through it. Here is a great infographic that helps through the process.
