Waking up early has always been a nightmare for me (and I am sure for most of you out there as well). Infographic has some cool tips to share (for early rising) with all those nightjars who find it difficult to answer to morning call.
Although especially hard to follow for me, I liked the NO COFFEE AFTER 2 PM tip. That caffeine boost can wreck your sleep for good 6 hours to come. Another brilliant suggestion to place you alarm away (I always bang on mine bedside one to take another 10 minutes in the bed) having to get up and walk across the room to silence it will make you a morning riser.
